Back to Discovery Sprint
What to expect

What every Discovery Sprint actually looks like.

A structured working session, a five-day audit, a written roadmap. Seven business days from intake to delivery. No theatre, no upsell, no surprise invoice. Here is the shape of it.

The shape of the sprint

Seven business days, four landmarks

One scoping call, five days of audit, one roadmap delivered as a PDF. Every step has a defined scope and a named owner.

Day 0

Intake and scheduling

You submit the intake form. Sergio emails you within one business day to schedule the 90-minute scoping call. Healthcare and legal verticals route to a personal follow-up rather than the standard sprint flow.

Day 1

90-minute scoping call

A recorded working session, with consent. We read your business across six axes: marketing, sales, brand, ideal customer, finance, operations. You bring the context. We bring the questions that surface what is actually going on.

Days 2 to 5

5-day business audit

Named operators score each axis on a one-to-five scale with a written rationale. Every finding ties to a specific recommendation. Nothing vague. The work runs across five business days, in the background, while you continue running your business.

Day 5

Roadmap PDF delivered

You receive a written 12-month roadmap as a PDF. It includes the audit findings, the recommended Pack tier, a 90-day plan, and 12-month milestones. The document is yours. No strings attached.

What to bring

What we ask of you

The honest operating picture, not the polished pitch. The sprint is more useful the closer you bring us to the real room.

  • How the business actually runs today

Not a polished pitch, the real operating picture. What you ship, where leads come from, what your closing motion is, where work falls through the cracks, what you hate doing on Sundays.

  • Anything written down already

A brand doc, a sales script, a service menu, a pricing sheet, a CRM export, an analytics dashboard. If it exists, bring it. If it does not exist, that is also useful information.

  • The one or two functions that hurt the most

The places where the next hire would have to come from if we did not do this work. We zoom in there first.

  • A frank read on capacity

Who does the marketing work today? Who closes? Who handles ops? An honest answer here shapes the recommendation. We score against the team you actually have, not the team you wish you had.

What you get back

What the roadmap PDF covers

Written by named operators, reviewed by a human, delivered to you. Yours to keep, whether we continue together or not.

12-month roadmap PDF
  • Audit findings across the six axes, scored one to five, with written rationale
  • The recommended Pack tier and why this tier fits the seat you are in
  • A 90-day plan with named workstreams, sequenced by leverage
  • 12-month milestones that compound the early work into a real operating function
  • Where named operators would own which lane, and where the human review pass sits
  • What stays your job, what moves to the bench, and what gets retired entirely
A note on tone

A working session, not a sales call

The Discovery Sprint is a structured conversation about what your business actually needs. If the fractional AI executive bench is the right shape for that work, we will say so. If it is not, we will tell you what is.

PQV runs the scoping call. Named operators run the audit work. Every customer-facing output passes a human review pass before it leaves the building. The roadmap PDF is the deliverable. The operating relationship that may follow is a separate decision, made after you have read the roadmap, not during the call.
