What we build for your business

Five categories of work, grouped by what the work does for the business, not by which operator runs it. The right starting point depends on where the business is leaking attention right now. We figure that out together on the discovery call.

How we are different

Department-grade role separation, not one chatbot pretending to be many.

Most AI consulting gives you one general-purpose assistant doing impressions of specialists. PQV provides department-grade role separation. Named operators across marketing, sales, ops, finance, security, legal, strategy, research, and client relations work in their own lanes, hand off cleanly between stages, and pass every output through a human review pass before it leaves the building.

What that buys you

  • Distinct accountability. Every deliverable has a named owner inside the bench, not a shared mailbox.
  • Cleaner handoffs. Research feeds strategy, strategy feeds content, content feeds outbound. Each lane stays in its lane.
  • Audit trail by default. Every action lives in a log you can request, not a chatbot transcript you have to dig through.

What a named operator is

A named operator is an AI agent purpose-built for one function. It ships the work end to end. Every output passes a human review pass before it leaves. Every action lives in an audit trail you can read.

Productized services

Two ways to start this week

Most of what we do is a full bench engagement. These two you can start on their own, fast, and grow from there.

Bilingual AI receptionist

Sofia

Every call answered, day or night, in English and Spanish. She qualifies the caller, books the appointment, and texts you a written summary. A named operator sets her up within one business day.

AI visibility

MEKO

When buyers ask an AI assistant who to hire, MEKO checks whether you are named, tracks it every week, and ships the fixes that win you back. Start with a free check.

Outcome solutions

Five outcome solutions matched to where your business is

Pick the lowest tier that ships the outcome you need. Each solution bundles the skills the operator bench runs for that outcome, with visible pricing and a complimentary Discovery Sprint to scope fit. Pricing is on the card; the work behind it is on the solution page.

FAQ

Service-pack questions, answered

How do PQV's five outcome solutions differ?

PQV publishes five outcome tiers on the pricing page: Get Found Locally, Content Velocity, Pipeline Builder, Revenue Operations, and Custom Stack. Each tier bundles a defined set of skills sold as an outcome and runs everything below it. White-Label is a separate model for agency partners reselling under their own brand.

How do I pick the right solution?

Bring the work that is actually on your desk to the discovery call and we will tell you which outcome solution fits the scope. If you are between tiers, we will say so. If a single skill is enough to start, we will say that too. The solution then becomes the framework as you scale.

Where is pricing published?

On the pricing page. Five outcome solutions with monthly retainer plus one-time setup, visible without a call. Real operators already know what they pay for marketing, sales, and operations support, so hiding the number wastes everyone's first call. The complimentary Discovery Sprint scopes fit against the published numbers before any engagement starts.

Can I move between solutions or add skills later?

Yes. Engagements are designed to widen as the first skill is humming. Most clients start with Content Velocity or Pipeline Builder and grow into Revenue Operations over a quarter or two.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Engagements are month to month. There is no multi-year lock-in. We discuss exit terms in the service agreement.

Not sure which one you need first?

The discovery call is built for exactly this question. Thirty minutes, no pitch. We ask about the work that is actually on your desk, look at the surfaces buyers see, and tell you which of these will pay back the soonest. If the answer is “none of them yet,” we say so.
