Discovery Sprint

Start with a Discovery Sprint. Complimentary.

A 90-minute scoping call, a 5-day business audit, and a written 12-month roadmap. Complimentary for qualified prospects. The roadmap is yours whether we continue together or not.

Start your Discovery Sprint

No card required. Qualified prospects only.

Where to start

Pick one workflow you already repeat every week.

If you can name one repeating workflow that costs your team hours every week (outbound follow-up, content briefs, lead routing, monthly close), start there. The Discovery Sprint scopes that workflow, audits your current setup, and writes the 12-month roadmap for what comes after. You leave with a concrete plan tied to the work you actually do.

What you get

Three concrete deliverables, in seven business days

Nothing vague. Each piece has a defined scope, a named owner, and a fixed delivery date.

90-minute scoping call

We sit down together (recorded, with consent) and read your business across six axes: marketing, sales, brand, ideal customer, finance, operations. You bring the context. We bring the questions that surface what is actually going on.

5-day business audit

Across five business days, named operators audit each axis and score it on a one-to-five scale with a written rationale. Every finding ties to a specific recommendation. Nothing vague.

Written 12-month roadmap

On day five, you receive a PDF roadmap built from your words: discovery findings, the recommended Pack tier, a 90-day plan, and 12-month milestones. The document is yours, no strings attached.

Who this is for

  • Owners and founders running marketing, sales, and operations off the side of a desk
  • Teams that have tried agencies and felt the work never compounded
  • Established practices and studios ready to operate like a real company
  • Operators who want named accountability, an audit trail, and IP they own outright

Who this is not for

  • Healthcare, medical, dental, and clinical practices

We do not run automated outbound or paid sprints in healthcare verticals because of the compliance work that comes with PHI. If you submit the form with a healthcare industry, we route to PQV directly and follow up by email rather than charging the sprint fee.

  • Law firms, attorneys, and legal services

Same posture for legal verticals. We handle these one-on-one rather than through a paid sprint until the specific compliance review is done. The form recognizes legal industries and routes to manual follow-up automatically.

  • Pre-revenue with no marketing capacity and no urgency

If all three are true, the sprint is not the right next step. We will redirect you to a brief conversation and a self-serve resource list rather than book a full audit on work that is structurally early.

We hold these halts as a constitutional matter, not a marketing one. They protect you and us. Submissions in halt verticals route to Sergio for personal follow-up rather than the standard sprint flow.

Who runs the sprint

Cook. Operations director. AI platform founder.

The arc that built PQV is the same arc that runs your scope call.

  1. 1

    Cook

Started in restaurant kitchens. Learned that systems either survive a Friday night rush or they collapse. There is no in-between.

  2. 2

    Operations director

Ran multi-location restaurant operations. Built schedules, training programs, P&L discipline, and the playbooks that make a chain stay consistent. Learned what real operating maturity looks like under pressure.

  3. 3

    AI platform founder

Built PQV the way an operator builds a kitchen line: deliberate, audit-trailed, and accountable. Every output passes a human review pass. Named operators do the work. The platform is the product of running it ourselves first.

Step 1

Tell us where you are

The form takes about 10 minutes. After you submit, PQV reviews your intake and follows up within one business day to schedule the scope call. Every customer-facing output passes a human review pass before it leaves the building. Healthcare and legal verticals route to a manual follow-up path.

About you

The person who will be on the scope call and named in the engagement.

E.g. +1 210 555 0199

About the business

Use the legal name on the bank account if there is one. DBA is optional.

Include https://

2-letter US code or full name

Including headquarters

Industry and stage

Pick the closest match. We use this to scope the right operators.

All in: tools, ads, agencies, contractors

What is driving this conversation

Pick up to five. The more specific you are, the sharper the audit gets.

Pain points

One paragraph, in your own voice. This is the most useful field on the form.

Urgency, budget, and decision process

No commitment to a budget here. We use it to size the right Pack proposal.

Trade show, fiscal year close, product launch

A bit more context (optional)

Skip anything that does not apply.

Who do you sell to today, and what makes them a fit?

Terms and consent

Plain-English commitments, no fine print.

PQV reviews your intake and follows up within one business day to schedule the scope call. Every customer-facing output passes a human review pass before it leaves the building. No payment is taken.

FAQ

The questions we get most

What do I actually get?

Three concrete deliverables: a 90-minute recorded scope call, a five-business-day audit of your business across six axes, and a written 12-month roadmap delivered as a PDF. The roadmap is yours whether you continue with us or not.

Is the sprint really complimentary?

Yes, for qualified prospects. We hold capacity for prospects who fit the operating profile and can act on a roadmap. Healthcare and legal verticals route to personal follow-up rather than the standard sprint flow. Pre-revenue requests with no urgency get a self-serve resource list instead.

What is the catch?

There isn't one. The roadmap is yours either way. We run the sprint complimentary because if the work is right, the engagement that follows tells the story better than a discovery fee would. If it isn't right, you leave with a roadmap you can act on.

How long does the whole sprint take?

Roughly seven business days from intake to roadmap. Day zero is intake. The scope call is booked within one business day of intake. The audit runs over the next five business days. The roadmap PDF lands by the end of day five of the audit window.

What happens after I submit the intake?

Sergio emails you within one business day to schedule the 90-minute scope call. From there, the seven-day clock starts. You receive the recording, the audit findings, and the roadmap PDF in order.

Will my information be shared?

No. The recording, the intake form, and the audit findings stay with PQV. The roadmap is delivered to you, not published. Every action inside the engagement is logged in our internal audit trail; you can request that log at any time.

Who is going to be on the call

The scope call is staffed by PQV directly. Named operators inside our AI bench do the audit work after the call, with named accountability on each axis. Every customer-facing output passes a human review pass before it leaves the building.

Can I do this without committing to a Pack afterward?

Yes. The sprint is sold as a discrete deliverable. You can take the roadmap and act on it yourself, hand it to another operator, or come back to us. We do not lock the roadmap behind a continuation contract.
