Sergio Beltran. His arc is cook, then operations director for multi-location restaurant chains, then founder of this fractional AI executive platform, which he built by shipping it. He still holds the human review pass on the work that leaves the building.

Where is Pilon Qubit Ventures based?

San Antonio, Texas. We work with clients across the United States as a service-area business, with no physical storefront. The team is bilingual in English and Spanish, and the mailing address used for legal correspondence is on the public footer.

Is Pilon Qubit Ventures a real company?

Yes. PQV is a registered Texas business with a public mailing address, a Google Business Profile, a published founder, a service catalog, and a documented operating model. Every output ships through an audit trail you can read line by line.

How much does Pilon Qubit Ventures cost?

Four tiers are published with monthly retainer plus one-time setup. Content Velocity is $1,800 per month with $500 setup. Pipeline Builder is $3,800 per month with $1,000 setup. Revenue Operations and Custom Stack are scoped on the discovery call. White-Label partner economics are set in the partner agreement.

What is the difference between the four tiers?

Content Velocity covers one channel shipped weekly. Pipeline Builder adds an outbound and lead-response layer. Revenue Operations runs marketing plus sales plus pipeline as one motion. Custom Stack is a full bench deployment with board-ready reporting and a security review. Pick the closest scope and we scope from there.

Are engagements month to month or do you require a contract?

Engagements are month to month. There is no multi-year lock-in. The setup fee is one-time and covers operator onboarding, brand absorption, channel access, and the first audit pass. Specific cancellation terms are written into the service agreement before kickoff.

What is in the setup fee?

Operator onboarding to your business, brand voice absorption, channel and tool access, the first audit of existing assets, and the first 30-day operating plan. Setup runs in parallel with the first month of shipping, so the engagement does not stall waiting on access.

What is the Discovery Sprint and is it free?

The Discovery Sprint is a structured working session that maps the operating function you are trying to fill, audits the surfaces buyers see, and produces a written 12-month roadmap. It is complimentary for qualified prospects. There is no fee and no obligation to continue into a paid engagement.

What do I get out of the Discovery Sprint if I do not hire PQV?

You keep the written roadmap. It names the function, the operators that would run it, the cadence, and the first 90 days. The deliverable is yours whether or not we move forward together. The Sprint is built to be useful even when the honest answer is no.

How do I qualify for the Discovery Sprint?

We ship on a weekly cadence inside the engagement. Build phases are scoped in weeks, not quarters. The retainer covers ongoing shipping plus the maintenance of work already built. We flag the moment a deliverable is going to slip, before the deadline, not after.

What does the audit trail include?

Every brief, every operator action, every model call, every handoff, and every human review pass. We can replay a week, a campaign, or a single ticket. Nothing is hand-waved. When something needs attention, you can scroll back and see what happened.

How is Pilon Qubit Ventures different from a chatbot or a SaaS tool?

Do you work with healthcare or medical practices?

Not yet on the standard tiers. Healthcare requires a Business Associate Agreement template and a HIPAA program we are completing. We work with healthcare and dental practices as manual, one-to-one engagements only. Contact Sergio directly if you operate in a regulated medical vertical.

Do you work with law firms or attorneys?

Not on the standard tiers. Legal engagements require a separate compliance review that we have not closed. Attorneys and law firms are handled as manual one-to-one engagements only. Reach out to Sergio directly if a legal practice wants to talk about a tailored scope.

Do you give legal or financial advice?

No. Pilon Qubit Ventures provides operational guidance, not legal or financial advice. We can map processes, build decision frameworks, draft operational scaffolds, and model scenarios. For any binding legal or fiduciary decision, retain a licensed attorney or licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction.

Does a human review every output before it ships?

Yes. Every output passes a human review pass before it leaves the building. AI does the production. A human reads it before it touches your customers. The standard applies to copy, briefs, sequences, and any deliverable in scope.

Who owns the work product, the data, and the audit trail?

You do. Work product is yours under the service agreement. The audit trail is exportable on request. At engagement end, work product, the audit trail, and access credentials are returned to you in a readable format. No claw-back. No surprise renewal terms.

What happens if we cancel the engagement?

You give written notice per the service agreement. The current month's work completes, the audit trail is exported to you, and the engagement winds down with a documented handoff. Setup is not clawed back. The work that shipped stays with you.
