Does Sofia really answer in both English and Spanish?
Yes, and it is included at every tier, not an add-on. Sofia greets callers, detects the language they are speaking, and carries the whole conversation in English or Spanish. If a caller switches language mid-call, she follows. Your Spanish-speaking customers get the same complete service as everyone else.
What happens after hours?
Sofia answers exactly the same way at 2 AM as she does at 2 PM. She takes the call, qualifies the caller, books what can be booked, and sends you the summary. On the Professional and Premium tiers, anything urgent is flagged to you immediately using the escalation rules you set during activation.
Can she transfer a call to me?
Yes. During activation you tell us which number to ring through to and when. Sofia can transfer live calls to you or your team during the hours you choose, and outside those hours she takes the full message and flags urgent issues so nothing waits until morning.
What phone numbers are supported?
You can keep your existing business number by forwarding it to your Sofia voice line, or we can set up a new local number for you during activation. United States numbers are supported today. Your named operator walks you through the forwarding step, which takes a few minutes with your current phone provider.
